Product offering is having stringent SLA contracts for maintaining availability, packet loss, Delay and Jitter values. In order to enforce and comply to the mentioned service performance SLA , service assurance group has taken the initiative of implementing processes of proactive monitoring of customer services, customer Notification etc

 

Responsibilities:

 

·   Design efficient service model for effective Service monitoring

Involved with System test and validation teams to validate and trouble shoot the features in the platform either by analyzing system logs or TCAP traces.

·   Generate National capacity plan for 3 years. The solution involved Wi-Fi access points and secure gateways from Alcatel.
