Responsibilities:

 

·   Design efficient service model for effective Service monitoring

·   Design Solution to integrate information from multiple platforms

·   Prepare requirements and specifications for interfaces , flows and adapters

·   Coordinate with multiple groups to get implement and deploy the Service management solution

Dhirendra was working with T-Mobile. He has contributes to the network planning and performance monitoring of the network. He has created R5 Core Network design and National Capacity plan. He was involved with multiple work streams for network design and National Capacity plan. He had Pioneered development of very sophisticated and accurate tool to generate capacity plans for every market. He also developed transport optimization tool which resulted in saving opex of $12 million.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·   Designed Tools and methodology to optimize transport for wireless network

·   Responsible for generating and forecasting transport budget for wireless network

·   Generate Network capacity Utilization Reports

·   Created Capacity Plan for UMA Network.

Description:

 

The project was to optimize cost of migrating from TDM to GSM. Dynamically Engineered call traffic using routing, Route augmentation and traffic diversion through less loaded IMTs and TDM switches. Saved more than $50M.

Description:

 

Have worked with UMA (Unlicensed Mobile Access) service provider to design UMA network. Created capacity plan and designed network solution to roll over the services for the entire network. Worked with equipment vendor to provide the desired performance counters specific to UMA services and also inter UMA and intra UMA Services. Involved with System test and validation teams to validate and trouble shoot the features in the platform either by analyzing system logs or TCAP traces.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·   Generate National capacity plan for 3 years. The solution involved Wi-Fi access points and secure gateways from Alcatel.    

·   Generated detailed Performance requirement documents.

·   Generated test cases.

·   Provided Network solution to optimally route IP traffic from Wi-Fi access points to SGW to rest of the networks.

·   Provided the configuration details of the different network elements to the system integrators.

·   Engaged in system trial, analyzed the call traces.
